Recently a new Jumbo Printer Slotter AS18 / 42 has been installed in the Milanese hinterland.

Within a few days the machine was able to produce triwall boxes, achieving great user satisfaction.

The machine is composed of 1 Kronofeed introducer group with belts with direct transmission. The old chains have in fact been eliminated to be able to guarantee an introduction of absolute precision. The machine is also composed of 2 flexographic units with printing from the top built according to Astin technology, 1 automatic Slotter group with double shaft and double Extender Slotter, 1 rotary die group, and finally 1 automatic stacker.

As always we have used “Gearless” technology to guarantee great precision and to avoid annoying oil leaks.
